I was born in Fort Vermillion, AB, but raised in Burns Lake, BC.  I attended school in Burns Lake from grades 1 through 12. During this time I met my future husband.  After graduation, I lived in Prince George, BC for 6 months then moved to Cleardale.  I thought these people were crazy to live so far from civilization :).  It didn't take long before I fell in love with the community, people, and area. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.  

My husband & I have been married for 32 years and have 4 beautiful children, 2 boys & 2 girls.  Two of my children are married and have 1 1/2 grandbabies. One is almost 1 and another is due in December 2024.

I have had multiple positions here at the school.  I have been a teacher's aide for the kindergarten class, cook's helper for hot lunch, secretary in the office, Site-based Tech, Librarian, and subbed throughout the school. This will be my first year as the Office Manager. 

I am nervous but also very excited about my new role. I can't wait to see all the amazing parents, students and staff walk through my office.
